TS818-TDS large particle wear resistant

TS818 is a two-component epoxy adhesive cured at room temperature. This product is a special modified epoxy resin and wear-resistant ceramic ball, super hard crystal composite material.

Good operation, suitable for complex surface, reduce the time of parking maintenance. The solidified coating is firmly attached to the substrate, and has excellent wear loss, impact resistance and good high temperature resistance

1.Typical uses:

It is suitable for large-area repair and preventive protection of equipment with high load, abrasive wear and erosion wear. It is used for wear-resistant repair and preventive protection construction of elbow pipe, rotary liquid separator, centrifuge and slurry pump of mineral processing system in mines and smelting plants.

And can be used at paste ceramic piece such as wear-resisting surface layer construction. Used in coal washing, ore dressing, power plant, cement plant and port aggregate, transport system, etc
